More exercise and sports are in the top 3 of New Year's resolutions. Due to a too busy life, too many household tasks and expensive gym subscriptions, sports often fail. Yet we would like to be fit, but with as little effort and money as possible.
Winter months
The winter months are also a barrier for sports. Women are less comfortable in their own skin during the winter months. February and November are the least popular.
