Even when you have little time, you can train effectively.
Go for HIIT
Do you only have 15 minutes to exercise? With High Intensity Interval Training you burn a lot of calories, so fifteen minutes can really make a difference. Then you have to do it right:during HIIT you have to get everything out of the short time. Do you talk during the exercises? You really can't do that if you do HIIT right.
Train your whole body
Train multiple muscle groups during your training and make sure your heart rate goes up considerably.
Don't always do HIIT
HIIT is perfect if you are short on time, but it is not suitable as a sole workout. You don't want to get injured. Therefore alternate it with slower workouts.
