Should you take off your jewelry while exercising?
Jewelry can be dangerous during exercise. You can cling to it and thereby pinch a body part or you can tear open your skin. It depends a bit on what sport you do:kickboxing with a ring on is not a good idea. During strength training, a ring can cause you to have less grip and you can hurt yourself and others with it.
Next time, leave your wedding ring at home while exercising.
