Ten minutes of exercise, of which one minute intensively can be enough. Skeptical? Research has been done.
Two groups of men cycled three times a week for three months. Both groups did a different workout. Both training sessions started with a warm-up and ended with a cool-down.
1. Give everything three times for twenty seconds. Cycle for two minutes at a normal pace. Total:10 minutes.
2. Cycle at a normal pace for 45 minutes.
10 minutes =just as effective
After three months, it turned out that the group of men who cycled for 10 minutes at a time had lost the same amount of fat and had built just as much muscle and condition, while they had only exercised intensively for one minute.
