Ginis, a researcher at McMaster University in Canada, found that the more emotional and mental problems you have during the day, the less you are able to exercise in the evening.
However, that is no reason not to exercise. According to Ginis willpower is like a muscle :you can train it. That can be done in different ways. For example, by resisting certain temptations, such as a slice of chocolate cake.
Listening to music can also give you an energy boost to give. And meeting up with friends to exercise can also help. That way you can motivate each other.
