Lotte is known in “Yoga Land” as The Yoga Nomad and for good reason. "Living from an open heart, that is what yoga has taught me and what I now very much want others to experience."
Yoga means connecting and it is for everyone. It is not for nothing that it has become very popular in recent years. The reason is that yoga not only ensures a strong and supple body, but also helps you to de-stress and find more balance – something that Western people increasingly need.
Yoga doesn't have to be difficult at all, but you can get quite confused with all the different styles of yoga (from Power and Kundalini yoga to goat and Deephouse yoga). The basics remain the same:connecting with yourself so that you can feel connected to the world around you. The 'practice' helps you to find a good balance, not only on the yoga mat, but also in everyday life.

Lotte is known in “Yoga Land” as The Yoga Nomad and for good reason:The 29 year old cheerful Aquarius (zodiac) is half Canadian and travels the world to inspire people to live from an open heart. Feel more and think less! In recent years she has taught yoga at the Nike headquarters, Tomorrowland Festival and Copenhagen Yoga Festival. It is her great passion to connect people with themselves and you can experience this as a visitor to our festival.
“Living from an open heart, that is what yoga has taught me and what I now very much want others to experience. It's so powerful!” said Lotte. Her lessons are playful, challenging and often have a theme that gives you extra depth. Yoga is not only about moving, but also about stillness. You learn to consciously breathe, relax and meditate. You can see it as an adventurous journey from your head to your heart.
