After thinking about settling in California, they finally decided to bring some of this culture back to Paris by opening Cali Sisters , in March 2020, the first day of lockdown . They therefore decided to remain open in take-away and their "grilled-cheese zaatar" was a great success with the confined . So the adventure begins. district of Paris. Next is Cali Uptown which sees the light of day, rue de Paradis.
After having had the idea of opening a restaurant Californian in Paris , the two lovers of the golden state flew to California to soak up the culture and gastronomy and come back with many ideas to put on the map of their restaurant. Their kitchen? “Healthy, responsible , mixed race, sexy and greedy " . And in all honesty, we love their kitchen . So why stop at two restaurants ?
