Drink yes, but not too much while eating, otherwise you risk disturbing your body, because the water dilutes the gastric juices and makes digestion slower. Hence the impression of having gained 3 kg after a meal.
Cinnamon, paprika, garlic and raw onion (yes, yes), are the best allies of our intestines! We opt for a small infusion of mint every day to evacuate stored gases and free our liver, especially after a heavy meal.
The watchwords? Bath and hot water bottle (on the lower abdomen):the heat warms up these organs, such as the liver or the kidneys, which are only in top form at the right temperature, and releases spasms and gas. It's nice and you can do it as many times as you want.
How it works ? We put 1 c. c. of edible green clay (in pharmacies) in a glass of water before going to bed. In the morning, we drink the water (leaving the clay that has settled at the bottom). To be done for 15 days.
