Heidy:“With the summer just around the corner, many women will start exercising again en masse to 'look a little presentable' in a bathing suit or bikini. They mainly exercise to lose weight, because it 'should'."

Christina:“But what if you look at it differently? We are fans of the quote:'Exercise is a celebration of what your body can do, not a punishment for what you ate.' Be grateful for what your body can do and what it is capable of. Thinking about that during your workout changes your view of it. And then training just gets more fun.”

Heidy:“Find a way of exercising that you enjoy, so that it is always a party to do. Think about how you feel afterwards and think about that if you don't feel like it.”

Christina:“Go for short training sessions, where you put your body to work and have a high after-burn. I developed this Studio Fire workout especially for that purpose. It is a combination of HIIT and strength. You train your endurance and your muscles and you will feel fit and strong in no time.”
