Heidy:“Who doesn't enjoy summer and vacation time? We certainly do! Yet this is also the period when you can feel more insecure about your body. Maybe because your arms, stomach or legs aren't as tight as they used to be. You may also feel less energetic during this time, especially if you loosen the reins and exercise less often and eat less healthily.”
Christina:“While you feel so much better if you do continue to live a healthy life, even during the holidays. Think about how you feel after you exercise. And also how you feel after eating a large ice cream. This makes it just that little bit easier to choose healthy.”
Heidy:“Especially for the summer, we developed Studio Fresh 15, an 8-week program with workouts of only 15 minutes. This high impact work-out comes from this program and is ideal to do during your vacation."
Christina:“Our motto:keep on track. Of course you can enjoy those cozy summer evenings. In our view, a 100 percent healthy life is also not feasible. We ourselves use the 80/20 rule. 80 percent healthy food, 20 percent less healthy. That's doable and that's how it stays fun.”
