Christina:“A supple body and a healthy mind are just as important as a good condition and a strong body. It's about the balance. Sometimes it can be good to train less intensively, because during such training a lot of blood goes to your muscles and your heart. This is also true when you are stressed.”
Heidy:“Calm stretching exercises are a nice addition to endurance training and muscle-strengthening exercises. Such a calm work-out does not mean that you do nothing for your body at all. You get the chance to recover and your body sometimes desperately needs that.”
Christina:“In this detox workout we focus on the kidneys and liver. Both are important, because they regulate the processing and disposal of waste. By combining the exercises with breathing techniques, energy is released and the oxygen-rich blood goes to your organs. You notice that, because you get warm inside.”
Heidy:“So you give your metabolism a helping hand. You can combine this workout with a detox cure, but actually this session is always nice to do regularly. Bet you will feel extremely relaxed afterwards?”
