You don't always have to train to the fullest to feel comfortable in your own skin. Gentle stretching exercises also have a positive effect on your body. You become
flexible, strong and relaxed.
Heidy:“Regular stretching of your muscles has quite a few benefits. You become more flexible and you increase your range of motion. It can also improve your blood circulation, which shortens the recovery time from muscle pain and reduces the pain.”
Christina:“Stiff muscles can reduce your range of motion. And then there is a good chance that you overload the muscles in your back. With a stretching routine you strengthen your back muscles and you can help heal and prevent a back injury in the future.”
Heidy:“Even when you are stressed, stretching exercises are a good idea. When you experience emotional tension, you often tense your muscles unconsciously. And those tense muscles can give you even more stress – something you don't want. During the stretching exercises, focus on places in your body where the
stress is trapped, such as in your shoulders, neck and upper back.”
Christina:“That way you can relax better and that is just as important for your health as being active and energetic!”
