Study:82% of coronavirus patients have a deficiency in this vitamin, find out which one!

Vitamin D is absolutely essential for the proper functioning of our body and our immune system. Our bones, nails, muscles, teeth, skin and hair depend on this vitamin, which also acts as a hormone. However, a recent study published in the American scientific journal "Journal of Clinical Endocinology and Metabolism", found that 82.2% of people who contracted the coronavirus were deficient in vitamin D .

Vitamin D deficiency:how do I do it?

The trouble with vitamin D,is that it is not produced naturally by our bodies. It is synthesized under the effect of the sun, via prolonged exposure (which therefore seems complicated during confinement). To try to avoid a deficiency, several possibilities are available to us:first, taking a food supplement. Recently, the Public Health Agency of Great Britain has revised its recommendations upwards:during confinement, it advises its citizens to take 10 micrograms of vitamin D per day . But it can also, and above all, be consumed on a daily basis via certain specific foods.
