There you are. You slept badly. You are grumpy. And you have a stomach ache. The English have landed . And you know, for five days, you're still going to drool. Uncool. But such is life, you have no other option but to accept it and take your wrong patiently . In this regard, there should really be sick leave meant for that purpose. But we will come back to it. The question is how to succeed in better living this horrific time. We feel swollen, we have pimples and we are always hungry. In short, we are changing. And that's okay. But if we can help ourselves with eating routines to adopt during these, it's still better.
When our rules point the tip of their nose, we really want fast food , sweets of all kinds and, in general, junk food. We feel very weak and so we want to eat about every thirty minutes and it's really annoying, but again, it's ok . But rather than rushing to the jar of spread or on purchased ice cream accordingly, consider all the foods who do you (really) good and who are able to accompany you as well as possible during this sad period as well as for all the little comfortable gestures which will warm your heart. Take care of yourself, keep your hot water bottle next to you and stay in bed whenever you have the chance. For meals, here is a list of foods to be preferred during this red flag period.
