Build stamina

For some sports you have a lot of stamina and you didn't just build it up.

We have some tips for you to increase your stamina.

Body check
A broken machine doesn't work well, and neither does your body. Therefore, check your posture during exercise, be alert to injuries and wear good shoes.

Hold on
If you do that extra heavy workout once every three weeks, it is difficult to build up your stamina. It is best to exercise a few times a week to see progress.

Interval training
Running or spinning in one go might not work yet, so try interval training. It is an effective way of training to build up your stamina and you can slowly work up to heavier intervals.

Relaxation
Don't forget the relaxation. When you're training your body hard, you really need it. Dive into the sauna after training or on a rest day.

A goal
By setting yourself a goal, you can keep up with your sport more easily. Read more tips>>
