During the summer, fall asleep quickly becomes a real battle! Hot temperatures limit our body's ability to shed heat and cool down before sleeping. This is why hot and humid nights can make it more difficult to fall asleep and thus reduce its effectiveness. To sleep well, you must succeed in keeping your room cool, whether it is thanks to a fan or the use of curtains during the day, which keep the room in the dark. Similarly, the bedding plays a key role! In the Emma survey , 69% of respondents know that the mattress plays an important role in sleep temperature . It also revealed that the most convincing characteristics to pay more for a mattress are:breathability (56%) and adaptation to the natural needs of body temperature (56%). A breathable mattress guarantees you a soft and restful night!
