Like many (or even the majority) of people, you eat the main course and the dessert, in a row. What if we knew the diet which consists of eating dinner at breakfast and breakfast to dinner, we didn't see the “dieting backwards” coming that we adopted certain sportsmen. A dietary technique singular that would allow a real weight loss but even more important, the stabilization of this lost weight. And that's kind of what you want the most after you've managed to lose those extra pounds. This is Robert Lewandowski , footballer at Bayern Munich who shed light on this particular regime. The ball star therefore explained that this diet had been recommended to him by his wife, world champion in karate and coach. The concept ? He starts all his meals with a dessert (a brownie with pure cocoa) then it continues with the meat and starches and ends with a portion of vegetable, which he ingests in liquid or solid form.
It's quite simple. Start a meal with carbs actually allows the brain to better calculate the glucose level that need to be ingested. Thus, you will eat in reasonable quantities. But following this diet is not as easy as it sounds. Not all foods are allowed when following the “diet backwards” or the “backwards eating ". Indeed, you will not be able to ingest only meat and fish, rice, salad or soup. So you can say goodbye to fried food, fast food , cow's milk or wheat flour.
Please note:Before starting any diet, check with your doctor . Moreover, this diet, although it works, could lead to diabetes, even for people who do not have a priori breeding ground for the development of this disease.
