A survey among 140,000 people from different countries shows that just 13 minutes a day can make you live 3 years longer.

It appears that those who exercised less than 30 minutes per week had their life expectancy increased significantly when the number of sports minutes was increased to 90 per week for a period of 12 months. That equates to about 13 minutes a day.
The study also showed that sports enthusiasts who already exercise on average for 2.5 hours a week can extend their life expectancy even more by exercising even more. If they exercise for half an hour to an hour extra, they could live 1.7 years longer.
