You have a Discovery Sport gift voucher and you want to set an appointment date to realize the activity of your dreams? Nothing simpler:
You can contact the Central Reservations; by calling 0 892 230 363; and request an appointment online with one of the Customer Service hostesses.
You can connect to the website www.sport-decouverte.com and its dedicated section entitled Rendez-vous.
To do this, simply insert your gift voucher number and ‘insert your first and last name . This will take you to a list of dates for the activity in question and you will be able to select up to 3 dates .
Once the appointment request has been registered and sent to Sport Découverte, all that remains is to wait for the validation of one of the 3 desired dates.
After a period of a few days; time for Sport Découverte Customer Service check with the activity provider that the date is available; you will receive a confirmation email including the voucher with the confirmed appointment date and, of course, the appointment time.
Then, you will have to redouble your patience until D-Day to carry out your activity!
