We sometimes notice that it can be difficult to find the motivation to exercise after a busy (sometimes stressful) working day. Still, it's better not to cancel that workout.
Why you should go anyway
If your body is in good shape, it can better protect itself against moments of high stress. Stress does not only have mental consequences, it can also have physical consequences. For example, stress can raise your blood pressure and cholesterol.
It is therefore good to exercise in stressful times. You may feel more for Netflix &Chill, but your body ultimately benefits more from exercise.
