82.2% of people who contracted the coronavirus were deficient in vitamin D, according to a study recently published in the American scientific journal "Journal of Clinical Endocinology and Metabolism ". This vitamin, essential for the proper functioning of our body and our immune system would be effective in avoiding contracting the coronavirus . However, vitamin D, nicknamed sunshine vitamin , is not naturally produced by our body. Indeed, it is synthesized under the effect of the sun, via prolonged exposure. Confinement can then make its absorption complicated. To try to avoid a deficiency, several possibilities are available to us:first, taking a food supplement.
